Luzerner Hinterland–Rigi, Stage 3/3

An arduous climb and a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne and Rigi. Küssnacht was a harbour town on the old Gotthard route. A winding lakeside panoramic route leads to Gersau, which has a superb climate with palm and chestnut trees, then on to Brunnen.
