The Horneggli Run goes from the Horneggli mountain station through fir forests to Schönried. At the beginning, the run is quite curvy and therefore not suited for beginners. It gives you a nice view towards the Rüeblihorn and Saanenland.

Many long straight stretches make the Hornberg Run an easy toboggan run. With only two somewhat challenging curves, it is perfect for families and beginners. The relaxing descent goes from the Hornberg to the chalet village Sannenmöser.

This toboggan run on the slopes of the Col de la Croix zigzags down through fields and forests to Les Diablerets, with stunning views of the mountains of the same name. One of the longest toboggan runs in Switzerland.

The warm-up is brief and the pleasure of the descent is huge. The toboggan run that descends to Jaun features some vertiginous stretches and offers a magnificent view over the Gastlosen, the Bäderhorn, the Hochmatt, the plain leading to the village of Charmey and on to the Jura mountains.

The route is closed for winter 2023/24. No need to look too far away – the Gurten has plenty to delight tobogganing fans. The descent down Bern’s local mountain is particularly appealing when the city disappears under a blanket of fog. Make sure you enjoy the view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau from the observation tower before you start.
