Swiss Children's Museum

The Swiss Children's Museum in Baden (Switzerland) explores childhood, the world of the child and its changes over the past centuries up to the present day. Through historical objects, interactive stations and shared play, young and old visitors experience how children's lives have changed over the last 300 years. The permanent exhibition shows the transformation of play and toys, audio stations bring the everyday life of children from various centuries to life, and several themed rooms are dedicated to school life. The museum also offers changing special exhibitions, weekend activities, storytelling sessions and theatre performances in the park.

Families and Kids

The children's museum is ideal for families and children. There are many interactive stations to try out, touch and play with, a playroom, a model railway and a school museum. Birthday parties are offered for children aged 7 and up, and children can exhibit their own collections in the Hosensackmuseum.
