Swiss Camera Museum

The Swiss Camera Museum in Vevey, Switzerland, immerses visitors in the history of photographers and photography, from the invention of Nicéphore Niépce to the digital image. The permanent exhibition spans five floors and traces the evolution of photographic processes and the lives of photographers through cameras, laboratory equipment, flashes, lighting and studio furniture. The museum offers activities for children and families, including workshops to develop your own photogram in the analogue laboratory on weekends and during school holidays. Birthday parties are available with two options: the photographic laboratory (from age 7) and the magic lantern (from age 4).
