Stadtmuseum Brugg
The Stadtmuseum Brugg in Brugg, Switzerland, tells the history of the city and region through selected objects. On the ground floor a timeline compactly summarises the city's history, while the collection on the second floor is organised thematically. The Stäblisaal houses the largest public collection of paintings by Swiss landscape painter Adolf Stäbli, and on the second floor historical costumes from the estate of Luise Howald-Schmid are on display. The museum also presents changing digital exhibitions on contemporary Brugg topics.
Families and Kids
Children can explore the Stadtmuseum as museum detectives and solve exciting puzzles. At the end, a small gift awaits all those who solved the puzzle correctly.
