Sempach Town Hall Museum
The Sempach Town Hall Museum is located in the historic town hall of Sempach, Switzerland, a timber-framed building from 1475. Across four floors, the multimedia exhibition documents the political, economic, social and religious life of Sempach from the Late Middle Ages to the present day. The attic is devoted to the Battle of Sempach of 1386 and its culture of remembrance, including the story of national hero Winkelried. The museum also covers the Sempachersee lake and offers digital media such as the iGuide tablet guide.
