Roman Museum of Nyon
Archaeological museum housed in the foundations of the forum basilica of the Colonia Iulia Equestris, founded by Julius Caesar. The museum presents archaeological finds from Roman Nyon (Noviodunum), including statues, pottery, and everyday objects, with exhibitions on the amphitheatre and Roman daily life.
Families and Kids
The museum offers workshops for children aged 7-12 during school holidays (mosaics, ceramics, shields, oil lamps), gladiator training sessions (from age 8), and birthday parties with shield-making (ages 7-12). The 'Du pain et des jeux' educational activity (ages 8-10) explores Roman spectacles. Children under 16 enter free.
