Ortsmuseum Weierbachhus

The local museum of Eglisau in the historic Weierbachhus (1670) displays exhibits on three floors about the history of the Rhine town, the bailiwick, shipping, fishing, salt trade, household and local crafts. A focus is salmon fishing with models and a video. The library contains about 700 books and over 6000 newspaper articles related to Eglisau.
