Museum kunst + wissen

The Museum kunst + wissen is located in the Oberes Amtshaus in Diessenhofen (Switzerland), a historic 16th-century building directly on the banks of the Rhine. On three levels it presents exhibitions and events on art, culture, nature and local history. In addition to special exhibitions, the museum shows works by the Diessenhofen artist Carl Roesch (1884–1979) and other artists connected to Diessenhofen, as well as relics of the former red dye works and fabric printing works from the 19th century. The museum also hosts changing temporary exhibitions.

Families and Kids

The museum welcomes TiM-Tandems and offers a fabric printing workshop for school classes, where participants gain practical experience with wooden printing blocks. A stone painting workshop for young and old is also offered on certain dates.
