Museum Burghalde

The Museum Burghalde in Lenzburg (Switzerland) is a city and regional museum that collects and communicates 15,000 years of cultural history relating to the town and region of Lenzburg. On four levels, finds from the Stone Age (UNESCO), the Roman settlement and the town's history are presented in an entertaining and multimedia way. The integrated Ikonenmuseum Schweiz opens the doors to outstanding orthodox holy images. The museum also shows changing special exhibitions and offers a broad educational programme for families, schools and groups.

Families and Kids

The Museum Burghalde offers families with children a varied programme. There are a total of 10 children's stations on the various floors, and the mascot Professor Wiesel takes children on a journey through time. Between April and October, the extended marble run with wooden figures and skill games around the museum and the castle is open. Children's birthday parties can be booked by prior reservation.
