    No, a reservation of tickets or tables is not possible. Tickets are available directly at the day ticket office. Reservations are only possible for birthday parties via the website.
  • Is there a sock requirement for children?
    Yes, due to hygiene regulations socks are always mandatory for children in Monkey Town, even in summer. You can choose between grip socks or normal socks, and socks are also available at the ticket office.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Fruit, vegetables and baby food may be brought. Other food or drinks are not permitted. Baby food can be warmed up in the microwave on request.
