Kulturmuseum St.Gallen
The Kulturmuseum St.Gallen in Switzerland is the house for history, archaeology and ethnology. Located in the idyllic city park, the magnificent building has been home for over a hundred years to a valuable cultural-historical collection from all times and the whole world. The permanent exhibitions cover topics such as archaeology, the children's museum, St.Gallen 500 years ago, Art Nouveau, dining culture and Swiss porcelain, the ethnographic collection as well as the cultures of North America and Asia. The museum also presents changing special exhibitions.
Families and Kids
The Kulturmuseum St.Gallen offers a rich programme for families and children. The children's museum is a popular excursion destination, and thematic guided tours, workshops and storytelling sessions for children take place regularly. Children and young people up to 18 years have free admission, although children under 16 only have access accompanied by an adult.
