Hallwyl Castle

Hallwyl Castle is a moated castle in Seengen in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, and one of the most beautiful castles in the country. The museum presents over 800 years of history of the von Hallwyl noble family, including the lives of the lords and their subjects, the mill, and the granary with Seetal crafts and customs. Visitors can explore the permanent exhibition, the Kornhaus granary, and the mill island, and enjoy the castle courtyard with its bistro.
