The Gypsum Museum Schleitheim presents the geological formation of gypsum, its mining, and its diverse uses. It is located at the last accessible gypsum mine tunnel in the region and has been a geotope of national importance since 2011. Visitors can explore the accessible tunnel and discover the history of the Schleitheim gypsum industry.
