Biel-Kinzig

Biel-Kinzig is a family-friendly winter sports area between 1634 and 1930 m above sea level in the Schächental near Bürglen Uri, a few kilometres from the Urner capital Altdorf. It is reached from Bürglen in 15 minutes by cable car; a ski lift and a chairlift carry visitors up to 1930 m. The largely fog-free area offers well-groomed, varied pistes for beginners and advanced skiers, unprepared slopes for freeriders and starting points for ski tours with powder-snow descents.
