The cross-country ski trail in Flond is the longest in the Obersaxen Mundaun municipality. Across meadows and through short, lightly wooded sections it describes several loops in the direction of Valata before it returns to Flond.

Cross-country skiing between Ilanz and Castrisch, at the entrance to the Rhine Gorge. The route makes several loops and winds its way across the open meadow in the Tschentaneras area, accompanied by an amazing backdrop created by the mountains around Ilanz.
