Mossmattentrail

The Mossmattentrail is part of the Valais Panorama Bike. The route starts on the Grimsel Pass and leads through the whole of Valais. The trail leads from Ulrichen train station along good forest roads to Chäller at 1,879 metres above sea level, where the trail turns into a newly created uphill singletrail. From here, you will have to push your bike to the highest point at 2,068 metres above sea level. The subsequent traverse in front of a breathtaking backdrop makes every biker's heart beat faster and features flow trails, hairpin bends and partly soft forest floor leading to Geschinen station. From Geschinen, the return is to the starting point in Ulrichen via the official cycle path.
