WOW Museum

The WOW Museum in Zurich, Switzerland, is an interactive museum of optical illusions in the heart of the city, just a few steps from Bahnhofstrasse and the main railway station. Across three floors and around 400 m², twelve experience rooms with light worlds, patterns, mirrors and room installations challenge visitors' perception. Visitors themselves become part of the optical illusions and can create their own illusions in a Wonder Lab. The museum combines art, science and technology and also hosts changing temporary exhibitions.

Families and Kids

The WOW Museum is an interactive experience for children from about 6 years of age, who can become part of optical illusions themselves. There is a Wonder Lab where children can create their own illusions, as well as photo stations and an augmented reality world with the museum gnome Willow. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and strollers are not allowed in the exhibition.
