Vacherin Museum
Located in the village of Les Charbonnières in the Vallée de Joux, Switzerland, the Musée de vacherin is a farm-museum dedicated to the history of the Vacherin Mont d'Or cheese from 1800 to the present day. The affineur welcomes visitors to share his passion and respect for the ancestors who built the reputation of this cheese, which has the particularity of having both Swiss and French nationality.
