Synthorama Museum for Synthesizers

The Synthorama in Luterbach, Switzerland, is a museum for electronic musical instruments. On around 400 square metres it presents 360 mostly analogue synthesizers and 60 rhythm machines from 10 countries, offering an overview of around 80 years of music history. The collection includes American instruments on the ground floor as well as European and Japanese ones in the basement, including brands such as Moog, ARP, Buchla, Korg, Roland and Yamaha. Visitors can try out most of the instruments themselves and enjoy the sounds they produce; guided tours are also offered.
