  • Is there a sock requirement at Spielzänti?
    Yes, every person, child and adult, must wear socks or slippers. Barefoot, nylon stockings, hall shoes and street shoes are not permitted. Socks with grips can be purchased on site.
  • Can I bring my own food to Spielzänti?
    Picnicking is allowed to a limited extent, for example bringing a snack from home. However, externally ordered or purchased food is not allowed, and chips, popcorn and chewing gum are prohibited. Eating and drinking is only permitted in the bistro area.
  • What payment methods are accepted at Spielzänti?
    Only cash and TWINT are accepted on site. Card payment is not offered. Two bank ATMs are located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
  • For which age group is Spielzänti designed?
    The Spielzänti offer is designed for children up to 9 years old. In exceptional cases, children over 9 are allowed if they visit together with the family and younger siblings or relatives.
