The Tier- und Erlebnispark Seeteufel in Studen (Canton Bern, Switzerland) is a family-friendly park combining animals and play attractions.   • Are there daily feeding shows at the Seeteufel?
    Yes. The ring-tailed lemurs are fed daily at 15:00 (outdoor enclosure April to October, or Sundays in the winter quarters November to March). Dwarf otters and nutrias are fed daily at 16:00 (March to October) or Sundays at 15:30 (November and February). Spectacled caimans are fed every Wednesday afternoon (March to October) or Sundays at 16:00 (November to February).
  • When does pony riding take place at the Seeteufel?
    Pony riding takes place on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons, and daily during the summer school holidays (05.07. - 16.08.2026), from about 14:00 to at least 15:00, in good weather and when temperatures are not too high (above 28 degrees). No pony riding takes place from November to the end of February. It is recommended to call +41 32 374 25 55 beforehand to confirm.
  • Is the indoor play hall heated in winter?
    No. The indoor play hall, which includes the large fun park, the Ninja-Kids Run and the bumper cars, is not heated in winter. It serves as an ideal alternative in bad weather.
  • Can visitors feed the animals at the petting meadow?
    Yes. On the petting meadow, visitors may not only stroke the animals but also feed them with special animal feed pellets, available at the ticket office (approximately from April to October).
  • What does the Refresh-Express ride offer?
    The Refresh-Express is a colourful little train that runs several times a day through the untouched nature reserve of the old Aare river, past zebras and over a long bridge, finally passing the South America enclosure with alpacas and rheas. Free-living water birds and turtles can be observed along the way. The ride costs CHF 2.
