Schlösschen Buchegg
Schlösschen Buchegg (Buechischlössli) in Kyburg-Buchegg, Switzerland, is a tower built in 1546 on the site of a medieval castle complex that served as a prison for around 250 years. The Schloss Buchegg Foundation maintains the tower and castle grounds, promotes culture and art, and runs the Bucheggberg district archive. Only a few wall remains survive today from the once powerful Buchegg castle from the 11th century. The castle also serves as a venue for changing art exhibitions.
