Schafbock and Gingerbread Museum
The Schafbock and Gingerbread Museum is located in Einsiedeln, Switzerland, in the heritage-listed Goldapfel house on Kronenstrasse. The museum explains the historical and religious background of the Einsiedeln specialities and displays early 20th-century machines, baking utensils, documents and a remarkable collection of old wooden moulds. All exhibits are original and come from the family's possession. The museum is located in the side rooms of the old shop, which formerly served as a bakery and living quarters.
