Schafbock and Gingerbread Museum

The Schafbock and Gingerbread Museum in Einsiedeln presents the history and religious background of Einsiedeln specialties. In the listed Goldapfel building, original machines, baking utensils, documents and a collection of antique wooden moulds from the turn of the century are exhibited.
