Quartier Libre is a cultural exhibition space run by SIG (Services Industriels de Genève), housed in the historic Pont de la Machine building on the Rhône river. It hosts diverse, interactive, and educational exhibitions on themes such as the environment, heritage, humanitarian issues, and visual arts.

Quartier Libre offers interactive and educational exhibitions suitable for children, including the playful 'LES ALLUMÉ·ES' exhibition with light installations and interactive activities. Guided tours for school groups are available free of charge by appointment.
