Percorso Valle Maggia, Stage 1/2

The first stage of the Percorso Valle Maggia starts in Bellinzona, the capital of Ticino, and leads to Locarno. The cycle path runs along the Ticino River, which gives the canton its name. From Tenero, the route switches to the shore of the lake and finally ends at the Locarno ferry terminal.
