Ortsmuseum Urdorf
The Ortsmuseum Urdorf is a local history museum in Urdorf, Switzerland, housed in a former farmhouse from the early 17th century. It presents a permanent exhibition on Urdorf's rural folk culture, including agricultural and craft tools and stove tiles, as well as period rooms such as a kitchen, bedroom and schoolroom. The museum also hosts changing temporary exhibitions and serves as a centre for culture and encounter. The Chronikstube serves as a local history documentation point.
Families and Kids
The museum welcomes families and children, and some objects in the changing exhibitions can be touched, handled or tried out. The museum café is open during open museum days.
