Ortsmuseum Küsnacht

The Ortsmuseum Küsnacht in Küsnacht on Lake Zurich (Switzerland) presents the local and everyday history of the municipality in its permanent exhibition «Spurensuche» on a journey through 15 million years. It includes a lovingly furnished corner shop (Tante-Emma-Laden) and a historically furnished kitchen. The museum also holds nationally significant special collections on fashion, hairdressing and toys as well as a photo archive. In addition to the permanent exhibition, it regularly presents changing special exhibitions on Küsnacht topics.

Families and Kids

The Ortsmuseum Küsnacht offers families and children various activities: an audio crime story, an audio walk, geocaching adventures such as the dragon chalice, as well as school programmes with a museum case and sketchbook.
