Museum of the Saanen Landscape
The Museum of the Saanen Landscape in Saanen, Switzerland, is housed in a late-medieval building from 1575 and presents the cultural heritage of the region. A permanent exhibition on Saanen customs and traditions covers themes such as tourism, crafts, alpine farming, art, culture and education, housing, bells and ground glass panes. The museum opened in 1999 and regularly hosts changing temporary exhibitions.

The museum features an original reconstructed schoolroom that delights young and old. Children from 6 years pay a reduced admission. The exhibitions on bells, crafts and alpine farming are also interesting for families.
