Museum Heiden is a small universal museum located in Heiden in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Switzerland. It houses a local and regional history collection on the history and culture of Heiden and the Appenzell Vorderland, founded in 1874. The permanent exhibition focuses on the glamorous history of Heiden as a European spa resort in the 19th century up to the First World War. It also includes a 19th-century natural history collection with an ethnographic-colonial history section, and a museum history presentation 'From the Cabinet of Curiosities to the Museum'.
