Museum Augusta Raurica in Augst presents a selection of over 2 million archaeological finds from the Roman colony. The exhibitions showcase life in ancient Augusta Raurica, complemented by a faithfully furnished Roman house and an open-air site with numerous monuments including a theatre, amphitheatre and temple.

The museum offers exhibits at children's eye level, a fully furnished Roman house to explore, and an animal park with Roman-era farm animals. Workshops like bread baking, pottery, and guided family tours are available. The open-air site with ruins is free to enter.
