Museo di Leventina

The Museo di Leventina is a regional ethnographic museum located in Giornico, Switzerland, housed in the 16th-century Casa Stanga and adjacent Casa Clemente. Its rich collection spans popular religiosity and sacred art, domestic economy, crafts and transport, as well as historical documents, photographs and personal portraits. In 2021 the museum acquired a large collection of 19th- and 20th-century ice skates and objects related to winter sports. The museum also hosts changing temporary exhibitions and offers guided tours of the Leventina valley.
