Museo d'arte Mendrisio
Art museum in Mendrisio, Ticino, founded in 1982, housed in the former Servite convent complex. It presents temporary exhibitions dedicated to 20th-century masters and contemporary artists, and holds a collection of over 5,000 works including the Trasparenti, painted translucent canvases used in Holy Week processions.

The museum offers educational activities for schools (preschool, primary, and middle school) and periodic afternoon workshops for children with snacks ('Un pomeriggio al Museo'). Guided tours for families are available. Free admission for under 18.
