MUKS – Museum of Culture & Play Riehen

The MUKS – Museum of Culture & Play in Riehen (Switzerland) is the first toy museum in Switzerland and a hands-on museum. The two interactive permanent exhibitions «Play» and «Village» as well as the regular special exhibitions focus on people and their actions. Visitors can immerse themselves in wonderful toy worlds and in Riehen's eventful history. The museum is housed in the former residence of Basel mayor Johann Rudolf Wettstein and regularly presents changing special exhibitions.
