Mühlerama
The Mühlerama in Zurich, Switzerland, is a museum of food culture housed in the over 100-year-old industrial mill Tiefenbrunnen, the oldest still-active mill in the Zurich area. Its interactive permanent exhibition shows the path from grain to bread across three floors, with hands-on stations where visitors can grind their own flour. The museum also runs a popular baking and cooking school and hosts changing temporary exhibitions on food topics from production to enjoyment and ecology.
Families and Kids
Children benefit most from the varied offers from around 6 years of age, in the company of adults. There are hands-on stations where children can grind their own flour, and a popular slide runs down three floors. Special children's workshops and birthday offers are available.
