Maison Tavel

Maison Tavel is a museum of urban history and daily life in Geneva, housed in one of the oldest medieval civil buildings in Switzerland. It features the fascinating Magnin relief model of the city, along with engravings, paintings, maps, furniture and objects tracing Geneva's history from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.

Families and Kids

A discovery trail for children is available at the entrance. The museum offers family-friendly activities including 'Les énigmes de Tavel' themed tours and Wednesday family visits for ages 6+. Pushchair access is available via lift.
