La Maison du Gruyère is a demonstration cheese dairy and interactive exhibition in Pringy-Gruyères, in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. Visitors can discover the history and craftsmanship behind Gruyère AOP cheese, including live cheese-making demonstrations several times each morning. The sensory, interactive exhibition guides visitors through the world of Gruyère AOP with sounds, scents, textures and tastings of the cheese at different stages of maturation.
