Kunsthalle Zürich
Kunsthalle Zürich is a not-for-profit, membership-led institution for contemporary art located in the Löwenbräu complex in Zurich, Switzerland. Founded in 1985, it presents between four and six exhibitions annually, staging events and offering art mediation formats for a broad public. The institution is devoted to the production, presentation and mediation of contemporary art in local and international contexts, and hosts changing temporary exhibitions throughout the year.
Families and Kids
Families and children are very welcome at Kunsthalle Zürich. There are family afternoons ('Afternoon for all') held at least monthly on Sundays, where the exhibition is explored playfully before creating artworks in the Studio workshop, suitable for ages 4 and up. Children's birthday parties are also offered, led by art educators, with a playful tour and studio workshop.
