Klingendes Museum Bern

The Klingendes Museum Bern is a music museum in the center of Bern, Switzerland, near the Zytglogge clock tower. It houses around 1600 wind instruments and drums from 300 years, including rarities such as horns and flutes from the Mozart era and the prototype of the alto saxophone by Adolphe Sax. Visitors can try out some instruments themselves, such as the alphorn, rackett or theremin. The museum presents a permanent exhibition as well as changing temporary exhibitions and conducts research on wind instruments.
