Jewish Museum Hohenems
The Jewish Museum Hohenems in the Villa Heimann-Rosenthal documents the over 300-year history of the Jewish community of Hohenems from its beginnings to its destruction under National Socialism. It tells of migration, diaspora and the new beginning after 1945 and maintains relationships with descendants worldwide. Changing special exhibitions and a children's exhibition complement the offer.
Families and Kids
The museum offers a special children's exhibition for children aged 6 and above with stories by Monika Helfer and silhouette art by Barbara Steinitz. Children and young people up to 19 years have free admission. There is a family box, an explorer backpack for the Jewish Quarter and workshops for different age groups.
