Jardin du Seigneur
The Jardin du Seigneur (Garden of the Lord) is a private botanical garden in Saint-Triphon, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, created by William Aviolat since 1972. The garden features rock gardens, medicinal plants, Mediterranean plants, three ponds, and a cold greenhouse, with over 4,000 plant species. It is a place of relaxation and reflection, where the creator personally welcomes visitors and explains the plants. The garden also preserves endangered species and maintains seed exchanges with botanical gardens worldwide.
Families and Kids
The garden is a peaceful place where children can discover plants, ponds with frogs and newts, and the resident cat Minette. The creator personally welcomes visitors and explains the plants in an accessible way.
