Hallenbad Wyler is an indoor public swimming pool in Bern, Switzerland, operated by the city's Sportamt. It features a 25-metre pool with five lanes, a 1m and 3m diving board with restricted public access, and a teaching pool. The main pool water is around 27°C and the teaching pool around 32°C. The facility also hosts changing events such as family Sundays.

Families and Kids

The pool offers family Sundays in January and February where the lane dividers are removed and water play elements and the diving facility invite families to splash around. Children aged 6 to 16 have reduced admission, and from the third child onwards in a family admission is free.

    The 1m and 3m diving board is only accessible to the public to a limited extent.
  • Can private individuals reserve lanes at the pool?
    Reservations are only available to institutions such as schools, sports clubs and associations; private individuals cannot make reservations.
  • When is early-morning swimming possible and what tickets are required?
    Early-morning swimming between 06:00 and 07:00 is only possible with a valid 10-trip card, winter subscription, annual pass or electronic ticket from the Sportamt webshop.

    The outdoor area is not wheelchair accessible, and the building is only accessible on the ground floor. There is no wheelchair-accessible WC or shower, but a disabled parking space is available at the corner of Scheibenstrasse/Scheibenrain.
