Geneva Military Museum

The Geneva Military Museum (Musée militaire genevois) is located in a dependency of the Penthes estate in Pregny, near Geneva, Switzerland. Founded in 1984, it traces the military history of the canton from the Restoration of 1814 to the present day. The permanent collection presents carefully chosen objects, mannequins, uniforms, weapons and images illustrating key moments of Geneva's history, including the figures of Generals Dufour and Guisan. The museum also manages the fortified line of the Versoix and hosts changing temporary exhibitions.
