Fribourg Museum of Natural History
The Fribourg Museum of Natural History (MHNF) presents the natural heritage of the canton of Fribourg and beyond through innovative temporary exhibitions and a permanent exhibition featuring geology, regional fauna, earth history, and mineralogy. It also operates a wildlife care station for injured or sick small wild animals.
Families and Kids
The museum offers workshops for families (e.g. frog and toad activities), storytelling sessions for children, and excursions to explore ecosystems. A bat-themed educational space in Villars-sur-Glâne hosts monthly family activities about the forest.
