Fondation Beyeler
The Fondation Beyeler in Riehen near Basel, Switzerland, is an internationally renowned art museum housing a significant collection of classical modern and contemporary art. Housed in a building designed by Renzo Piano, the museum is set in a park with ponds and views of the countryside, creating a unique harmony of art, architecture, and nature. The collection includes around 400 works of Impressionism, Classical Modernism, and contemporary art, alongside ethnographic objects. The museum also hosts changing temporary exhibitions.
Families and Kids
The Fondation Beyeler offers a range of activities for families and children, including family tours, children's workshops, storytelling carpets for ages 3-6, and a mobile studio in the park. A museum game can be borrowed free of charge.
