  • How long does a typical visit take?
    To see everything on display normally takes about two hours.
  • Can I bring a pushchair or stroller into the museum?
    Pushchairs are not permitted in the exhibition areas for security reasons. However, baby carriers may be used where possible, and if there is sufficient space you can leave your pushchair by the lobby.
  • Are there lockers available for storing personal items?
    Yes, lockers are located on Level -1. You will need a CHF/EUR 1 coin for each locker, which is refunded when you retrieve your belongings.
  • Are children allowed to visit the museum?
    Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of their parents or adult companions. The museum offers interactive stations and activities suitable for children.
  • Can I take photos inside the museum?
