Festung Fürigen

A former Swiss artillery fortress built during World War II as part of the Reduit defence strategy, located in the Bürgenberg mountain near Stansstad. The permanent exhibition 'Festung Fürigen von 1941 bis heute' presents the original secret equipment and explores the lives of soldiers during the war and Cold War periods.
