Ethnographic Museum of the Valle di Muggio
The Ethnographic Museum of the Valle di Muggio (MEVM) is an open-air museum spread across the valley, with its information centre at Casa Cantoni in Cabbio. It preserves and showcases the rural cultural heritage, including restored mills, chestnut dryers (graa), snow cellars (nevere), and bird-catching towers (roccoli), through guided tours, exhibitions, and hiking trails.
Families and Kids
The museum offers many outdoor activities for children, including guided tours of the mill, chestnut forest walks, and a summer day camp for ages 7-11. School programs are available for all primary grades.
