Cantonal Art Gallery Giovanni Züst

The Cantonal Art Gallery Giovanni Züst in Rancate is the main study center for ancient art in Ticino, from the Renaissance to the 19th century. Its permanent collection features works by artists active in Ticino from the 17th to the 19th century, including Giovanni Serodine and Giuseppe Antonio Petrini. The museum also hosts high-quality temporary exhibitions and guided tours.

Families and Kids

The museum offers a summer program 'Un'estate...a regola d'arte!' for children aged 6-12 with creative workshops (collage, watercolors, clay, weaving) from June 22 to July 31. Guided tours and educational activities for school groups are also available.
