    No, the permanent exhibition in the castle is only accessible via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. The special exhibition room is accessible by lift and wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located in the Neuschloss.

    Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the castle grounds. In the castle museum, animals are not allowed except for guide dogs for the blind. In the castle café, animals are allowed in the dining room and outdoor area.
